Miniland

A real estate investment platform connecting property sellers and fractional investors. The BREXX website presents commercial, residential, vacation-home, and warehousing opportunities, with digital onboarding, investment, and portfolio tracking. My work on Miniland included a flow where every fractional investment creates a blockchain transaction, alongside investment payments and initial agreements with stamping and e-signatures.

Project context

The platform needed to connect seller property listings, buyer–seller interaction, fractional investments, payments, and initial agreements in one application. Every fractional investment also needed a blockchain transaction. The current BREXX website describes the wider investor journey as property discovery, KYC, digital investment and signing, followed by tracking income and documents. These describe the product’s public scope; my contribution is listed separately below.
